Hot Vinyasa is a heated flow class where the postures link from one to another. The class is based on Ashtanga yoga with some more modern power yoga influences. By linking movements with the breath, an intense cardio workout is produced. The class incorporates inversions like downward dog, headstand, shoulder stand and maybe even a handstand.
Hot Pilates and our HotCore yoga classes blend Vinyasa yoga with lots of effective core work. The class is vinyasa yoga blended with mat pilates. You will learn how to do movements to tone, tighten and strengthen your core. This class is 60 minutes and is suitable for all levels. The class will be heated to at least 105 degrees, be ready to sweat, out the old and feel recharged & renewed.
