Our Hot Hatha Yoga class is a practice of 13 standing, 13 seated and 2 breath work exercises. This is also known as the Beginner Yoga Series. However, there are amazing therapeutic and health benefits for all levels of practitioner.
A heated, fluid movement practice based on linking one posture to the next via breath, our Hot Vinyasa classes are appropriate for all levels of practitioner. Our Power Flow classes will take your practice to the NEXT LEVEL. Our instructors have diverse backgrounds in many lineages and will customize their classes to help grow your practice!
This energizing fast paced class will explore the elements of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. Mindfulness, breath and chanting will be explored along with asana (yoga postures) in this moving meditation. Be prepared to sweat! Ashtanga is a traditional method from the late yoga master Sri. K Pattabhi Jois. Prior yoga experience is preferred but not required.
