What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini yoga is a mixture of Bhakti yoga (a yoga practice of devotion and chanting), Raja yoga (a practice of mediation/mental and physical control) and Shakti yoga, (for the expression of power and energy).

A Kundalini yoga class can leave you feeling like you’ve had a therapy session, gone for an amazing workout at the gym, kept your promise for your daily yoga fix and sang and played with friends.

When Yogi Bhajan brought Kundalini Yoga to the west he said they were unhappy, unhealthy and unholy, this was the solution… and many people have found serenity and sovereignty through this practice.

The main purpose of Kundalini yoga is to give you a modality by which you can achieve your maximum creative potential, free yourself from Karma (the lasting effects of your past actions) and realize your Dharma or life purpose.

What is Crystal Sound Healing?

Sound Healing is a powerful way to align the energetic body and harmonise the entire being at a quantum level. Since we are all essential made of light and sound, when we bring harmonic sound into our environment we can more deeply connect with our essential nature.

It’s a powerful and easy way to reach deeper states of consciousness and meditation, to calm and relax the mind and body.

Alchemical Crystal Singing bowls are made from a mixture of pure quartz crystal and semi-precious stones to create different tones and harmonies with specific purposes in the human energetic and physical body. Crystals specifically have the ability to create a powerful ambient and etheric sound that is quite unique to any other instrument. They sound rather heavenly and angelic.

Bio – Shalei-Yana

Sha-Lei-Yana (Beverley Buckley) is a Dancer-Singer-Songwriter, Shamanic Practitioner and Transformational Leadership and Lifestyle Coach from Johannesburg, South-Africa. In 2016, she was initiated into the Andean-Inka Shamanic tradition of Peru, incorporating the use of the practice of Ayni (sacred reciprocation) with elemental magic and plant medicine, specifically, Cacao (chocolate) as a transformational elixir in sacred ceremony.

In 2017, she met Pamela La Luz, the Alchemist of Sound, at a Transformational Coaching program and retreat in Maui, Hawaii with Rikka Zimmerman.  This sparked a chain of synchronicities that resulted in her activating her gifts as a Sonic Priestess, Harmonic Energy Healer and Heart Harmony Facilitator. She now shares these gifts generously in her Lifestyle and Leadership Coaching, classes, retreats and ceremonies, integrating the miracle of Sacred Sound with Alchemical Crystal Bowls, Soul Song Events and Crystalline Cacao.

Everyone can benefit from crystal healing singing bowls. Most of us have only a small amount of pure, clear, healing sound in our lives. Our ears no longer get a daily exposure to running streams, bird songs, and the rustling leaves in the forest. We are too often inside, with this beautiful natural music replaced by the hum of computers, the whoosh of the air conditioner, and the high-pitched whine of fluorescent lights.

This is the opposite of healing sound! We grow accustomed to tuning out these noises, along with construction, traffic, crowds, and commercials, so that they don’t intrude into our space.
